Scope of Responsibilities:



  • Provide direct support to the IPT Lead, Logistics Leads, Project leads, and Program.
  • Provide program management support to the Advanced Reconnaissance Integrated Product Team, activities include managing project budgets/costs, schedules, performances, briefing slides, and risks.
  • Access databases to export, analyze and deliver weekly and monthly metrics. Present information and recommendations to clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide support to Logistics Specialists in Strategic Lifecyle logistics which includes but not limited to material management and material procurement across several projects.
  • Provide consistent, standardized data input to authoritative data systems (Example: Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) Database).
  • Learn and understand Command and team organizational relationships to effectively communicate information appropriately and effectively.
  • Evaluate current processes and procedures and initiate process improvement actions to improve team performance.
  • Establish and maintain consistency with product/system performance, functional and physical attributes, design, and operation throughout the product/system life cycle
  • Assist with technical and business analyses and reporting for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings. Capture meeting minutes; assign and tracking action items; and coordinate and facilitate leads and working groups to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on products and processes to ensure compliance with policies and directives.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices using MS Office 365 tool suite. Leverage tool suite capabilities to maximize efficiencies in communication and reporting.


Required Qualifications:



  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Statistics, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems (relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement)
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
  • Strong understanding of DoD contracts and acquisition strategy
  • Experienced user of SharePoint. Ability to create and manage SharePoint sites to include site permissions, lists and libraries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Active DoD Secret clearance


Desired Qualifications:



  • Experience: 3-6 years of Contract Management experience and / or direct work experience with job responsibilities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience with NAVSEA and NIWC organizations, processes, and procedures
  • Familiar with NAVY ERP and the Procurement Package Development Process
  • Strong background in logistics
  • Experience with ICAPS (Interactive Computer-Aided Provisioning System), PDREP (Product Deficiency Reporting and Evaluation Program), and ILIT (Integrated Logistics Information Tool)
  • Experience with CMPRO
  • Lessons Learned and MS Project experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams


Salary: 75k+ to align with education and experience
