Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting our clients Product Conformity of Production (CoP) process located at the Product Development Center (PDC) in Wauwatosa, WI. This position works with stakeholders across the companies different locations and at the Product Development Center to ensure schedules and activities are successfully completed. Initial contract duration of 18 months, but has the ability to be extended up to 3 years.

Job Specifications (Assignments include but are not limited to the following):

  • Assist with internal audit process
  • Support data entry activities and improvements
  • Scheduling of audits and assist in resolution of issues
  • Perform data and trend analysis
  • Assist in developing work instructions and integrated change management
  • Support Project Management activities for Conformity of Production Lead projects
  • Assist in the company-owned vehicle fleet management activities
  • Assist in gauge calibration
  • Other duties as required



Core Competencies:


  • Strong communication skills and detail orientated
  • Experience with MS Office, CRM, SAP, PLM software and database management.
  • Ability to describe and present technical issues or situations in a clear concise manner.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and participate in a high performance team environment.
  • Manufacturing experience or exposure working in a production environment a plus
  • Experience in QMS or Product Development processes
  • Internal Assessment training / experience a plus
  • Reading and understanding of engineering drawings
  • Experience reading, interpreting, and designing procedures or products to meet Governmental Regulations
  • Able to work with and communicate with all levels of an organization including hourly personnel


Must Haves:


  • A two-year degree in a technical field, or appropriate certifications from ASQ or other Reputable Associations
  • Primary automotive regulatory experience or manufacturing, engineering of a regulated industry (i.e. aerospace, medical, etc.)
  • Experience with regulatory quality control or other quality management systems within engineering or manufacturing settings
