Overview Provides comprehensive community home visiting services to women and their families as part of the Healthy Families America (HFA) program. Adheres to the HFA model, and to policies, procedures, guidelines and standards of HFA, The Center for Family Safety and Healing, and Nationwide Children's Hospital. Maintains professional boundaries and provides excellent service and in-home support to expectant mothers, their children, and their families. Responsibilities * Provides general child and family advocacy, case management, and evidence-based prevention support to individuals who present to The Center for Family Safety and Healing within the Healthy Families America Home Visitation Program. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, human ecology, child development, education, nursing, or a related field, required.
