Quality Program Manager (Utility Construction and Service) Location: Greenwood Village, CO City Light & Power, Inc. (CLP) is seeking a Quality Program Manager to create, implement and manage our corporate Quality Assurance Program based out of the Denver office. CLP has built a reputation as an innovative, reliable, and responsive private Utility Development Leader. We support the federal government, military institutions, municipalities, and major utilities across the US, with financing, design, engineering, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance for electrical transmission and distribution systems, as well as outdoor street, sport, and other recreational lighting. The Quality Program Manager will ensure that CLP delivers on its mission to be the best at providing quality service to meet the needs of our customers by driving day-to-day program execution, ensuring compliance, documentation, and procedures are followed. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will develop, implement, manage, and maintain the quality assurance vision, plan, and program for City Light & Power.
- Provide input into the development of CLP's quality strategies and support the implementation of these objectives across the Company.
- Serves as a knowledgeable QA Resource for the federal work sites and company departments by answering questions related to audits, identifying problem areas, and providing meaningful quality-review feedback.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Review and ensure that project/site quality documentation is issued and maintained per client, regulatory and Company quality requirements.
- Identifies, supports, and provides technical resources for environmental, sustainability and energy initiatives and improvements working with the EH&S Department.
- Coordinate and collaborate with members of various departments within the Company to identify and recommend changes in work processes and/or procedures to improve program quality.
- Perform as a collaborative Leader with a positive attitude and ability to think and act quickly to identify creative solutions to complex problems.
- Handle critical issues per established procedures and recommend mitigation actions for immediate and long-term solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, however related quality assurance program experience in the power, energy, utilities field may substitute; developing quality management plans at a corporate or divisional level is preferred.
- Minimum of five (5+) years' of progressive experience in quality assurance roles, including a minimum of three (3+) in a management capacity.
- Construction background with capital upgrades and federal projects preferred.
- Knowledge of electric distribution, transmission and substation projects.
- Prefer certifications such as Quality Engineer (CQE), Quality Manager (CQM), Quality Auditor (CQA), or Six Sigma Black Belt through ASQ or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, research, documentation, project planning and implementation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with clients, employees, and executive management.
Travel:
- 20-25% travel to job sites.
Other Requirements:
- You must be a US Citizen.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance for Military Base Access.
- A valid driver's license is required.

- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/year based on experience plus eligible to participate in Short Term Incentive Plan.
