Shifts: Sun - Wed; 10 hour shift 6am - 4pm; Work in the Canonsburg, PA Office

Wed - Sat; 10 hour shift 6am - 4pm; Work in the Canonsburg, PA Office Wed-Sat; 10 hour shift 12pm-10pm; Work in Canonsburg, PA Office

Position Summary

This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the hydrogen logistics network for Plug Power throughout the United States. The position reports to the Canonsburg, PA office. This role requires excellent internal and external communication, organization, and prompt readiness to handle the day-to-day activities required in the Core Duties and Responsibilities listed below. This position is also critical to interface with customer stakeholders and exceed their expectations for service thereby furthering Plug Power's reputation as the leader in hydrogen fuel cell power solutions.

Core Duties and Responsibilities




  • Work closely with Regional Distribution Managers to complete logistical demands and tasks associated with Plug Power's logistics network
  • Provide Customer Service for future and existing customers via email and phone
  • Daily telemetry monitoring, data collection and historical usage review and analysis
  • Maintain an internal tracking report of all telemetry levels and customer correspondence
  • Communicate immediate fulfillment status notification and/or delivery issues within the organization to points including logistics management, operations, and customer service, as well as external customers
  • Use company software to accurately determine forecasted customer demand
  • Ability to adjust to customer demand and plan accordingly to ensure customer supply levels are maintained
  • Communicate and document operations, supplier and customer events to share with team
  • Forecast Liquid Hydrogen deliveries originating from Plug Power Plants
  • Forecast Compressed Hydrogen deliveries originating from Plug Power Plants
  • Work closely with vendors to oversee sub-contracted Liquid Hydrogen deliveries to maintain fulfillment for Plug clients.



Education and Experience



  • Promote a positive team environment
  • Demonstrate a willingness to develop and grow with Plug Power
  • Bachelor's degree preferably or with 3+ years' experience in, supply chain, transportation dispatch, demand planning or forecasting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and a proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and software a plus
  • Role model for high standards of professionalism
  • Results-oriented and driven work style
  • Problem-solver and the ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Able to work well with all levels of Management and Support Staff
  • Ability to function independently and in a team environment
