We are seeking a motivated and ambitions individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Program (LDP) Summer Intern. The LDP Summer Intern participates in a rigorous six to eight-week program in one of several companies of Warren Equipment Company. During the program, you will receive real-time experience, gaining knowledge of Warren CAT, Warren Equipment Company, and practical leadership skills that contribute to your growth and the success of our organization. Take the first step toward a rewarding experience in your leadership development!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of Warren Equipment Company by working on multiple projects, which will be impactful to our company's business. You will be given guidance and feedback throughout the internship, allowing you to develop your project management skills and knowledge of our company.
  • Other duties may be assigned.



WHAT YOU'LL NEED:



  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (Business, agribusiness, industrial distribution/engineering or similar discipline preferred).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proven character-driven leadership experience.
