Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for an Intelligence Monitoring Specialist to support a vital national security mission. In this role, you will provide preliminary warning on/awareness of classified intelligence reporting to ensure U.S. diplomatic facilities, personnel abroad, and other key stakeholders are informed about potential threats from terrorism, political violence, and crime. You will be responsible for monitoring classified intelligence, determining whether it meets criteria for warning, and disseminating relevant notifications to operational stakeholders. This role is based within a 24x7 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, requiring a Top Secret/SCI clearance to begin work. The schedule will be 10pm-6am, Sunday night through Thursday (5 days per week). Introductory on-the-job training for new employees will take place for the first 4-6 weeks, split between the day and night shift.

Clearance:

  • Top Secret required at time of application
  • DOS SCI issued upon hire and required to start on contract

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Monitor Classified Intelligence. Continuously review classified cable traffic and other intelligence sources to identify potential threats relevant to U.S. diplomatic facilities and personnel, as well as to other U.S. interests overseas. Maintain situational awareness based on classified reporting during breaking events overseas.
  • Evaluate Dissemination Criteria. Assess classified intelligence to determine whether it meets predefined threat criteria for dissemination to operational stakeholders.
  • Disseminate Threat Intelligence. Quickly generate and distribute short, templated threat notifications to overseas security personnel, domestic desk officers and analysts, and external agencies.
  • Support Data Calls/Requests for Information. Answer requests for information from Senior Watch Officers, office management, and other partners while staying within the bounds of mission requirements. As needed, provide information in both written and oral briefing formats.
  • Conduct Cross-Network Operations. Monitor reporting on a TS/SCI network while disseminating information through a Secret network.
  • Manage Workload. Operate autonomously, managing time effectively while adhering to established processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders. Work closely with colleagues and organizational partners to ensure timely awareness of relevant threat reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience without a degree.
  • Prior experience monitoring and researching cable traffic, particularly in a U.S. government or Department of State context.
  • Strong ability to identify relevant intelligence and generate accurate, timely, concise synopses of reports.
  • Ability to follow established processes, procedure, and written templates.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently to achieve assigned tasks, while also taking direction from management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Customer service mindset, with a strong desire to meet customer needs within established mission parameters.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on a watch floor, particularly if involved in threat warning and/or intelligence operations.
  • Familiarity with Department of State and other U.S. government agency missions, databases, search platforms, and/or information handling systems.
