Research Assistant- RI Perinatal Besner
Overview The Besner laboratory is searching for a research assistant to continue NIH-funded research studies in necrotizing enterocolitis. The laboratory effort is concentrated on developing novel therapeutic strategies to protect the intestines from neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis. The successful candidate will have previous experience in animal handling, cell biology and molecular biology. Responsibilities
Performs research experiments independently or semi-independently in accordance with protocols approved by the principal investigator. Such experiments may involve the use of laboratory animals or human subjects any may require evening and/or weekend duties.
Qualifications Education: Six months to two years of research experience.
