Counseling Program in the College of Education The Counseling Program is located within the College of Education, whose mission includes advancing educational knowledge and practice, and partnering with communities. The Counseling Programs further this mission by preparing school counselors, clinical mental health counselors, and counselor educators to serve the mental health needs of individuals, groups, couples, and families. The Program's outreach extends to schools, colleges and universities, community based organizations, business and industry, as well as independent practice.
