This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a heavy-lift launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to Earth's orbit and beyond. Engineered with a reusable first stage and a seven-meter payload fairing, New Glenn is building the road to space. As part of a hardworking team of diverse & cross-functional specialists, you will work across subsystems and support integrated solutions to achieve our vision of "millions of people living and working in space." You will share in the cross-functional test team's impact by developing test plans and procedures that will be used throughout the New Glenn testing lifecycle. This role is a combination of test and operations development, planning and documentation, hands-on running tests, and problem solving/data analysis, with a strong emphasis on avionics & electro-mechanical integrated systems. In this role, you will support integrated test leads by carrying out test development engineering activities according to Blue Origin standards and practices. You will collaborate with responsible engineers and designers to plan tests of the vehicle systems and subsystems, ensuring these tests are designed to verify the pertinent requirements. You will lead critical test reviews and test readiness reviews, developing test methods to efficiently complete integrated system testing, and support subsystem development testing to reduce program risk.
