Sourcing & Procurement) represents ASML's sourcing, logistics and quality interface to its supply base and is responsible for material availability for ASML's factories. In today's complex multi-tier supply chains, this is only possible by creating full transparency in the chains and flexibility at suppliers. SCM manages over 100 chains up to seven tiers deep, addressing potential bottlenecks and supply risks before they impact our customers. It must handle the increased complexity of ASML's systems while reducing cost of ownership for customers. To do this, SCM works with suppliers to continuously reduce cycle time for components, modules and assemblies, increasing supply chain flexibility and customer value.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

ASML Supplier Operations (SO) represents ASML's operational interface to its supply base and internal stakeholders. SO is responsible for Purchase Orders, Supplier Account management including payment coordination and Materials Availability for ASML's factories and customers. Our DNA contains a strong focus on master data accuracy and validity which is crucial to accurate and legal contracts with our supply base.

Supplier Operations is responsible for all administrative data exchanged between ASML and its suppliers. Supplier Operations adheres to strict metrics and relies on accurate reporting to keep these relationships healthy and benefiting all.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Learn check and correct master data irregularities.

• Support the Requisition to Purchase Order process

• Work with ASML stakeholders to manage the current supply chain.

• Drive process improvements in the operations team and at suppliers; actively participating in improvement projects.

• Support key performance initiatives aimed at securing ASML financial performance

Education and experience

• Current Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Industrial, Electrical, Optical, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business and/or Supply Chain Management.

• Exposure to lean manufacturing principles and concepts.

• Exposure to project management, root case analysis, material flow, manufacturing, and/or warehousing.

• Self-starter, seeks opportunities to improve processes, part quality, and overall efficiency.

• Software skills: Excel, Powerpoint
