The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $97,082-$131,104 per year. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. Job Profile Summary: Coordinates all activities related to nursing functions and patient care, within budgetary constraints. Adheres to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations. Supervises nursing staff that provides professional nursing care to patients. Must recognize physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of care. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Qualifications Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities): Education/Training - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current CPR certification required. Business Experience - Minimum five years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least three years oncology experience. One-year leadership experience preferred Specialized Knowledge/Skills - Oncology certification preferred Chemotherapy Immunotherapy provider card preferred Working Conditions: Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) -
