Physical Therapist -Physical Therapy Main
Overview The Physical Therapist evaluates pediatric and select adult patients for physical therapy due to injury or disease, administers treatment, fabricates, or recommends adaptive equipment and splints, documents evaluation results or patient progress, and provides patient and family education. Demonstrates competence defined in providing age-appropriate care and services to patients from the age of birth to 18 years and selected adult patients. Location: Central Campus

*Evaluates patients with varied diagnoses to determine developmental and/or functional status using standardized measures or clinical observations; identifies patient?s strengths and deficits; establishes long and short term goals; and develops an individualized treatment plan incorporating patient and family needs.
