Job Details

Shift Hours:

Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm (hours are flexible)

This position is located onsite at our facility in Brooks, KY. There is no option for remote or hybrid work.

Under general direction of the Integration and Distribution Supervisor, this position plays a key role to the integration of client requests into ICS's quality management system.
  • Convert clients' directives into ICS's standard documented formats
  • Create documents and other quality records to meet project, product, and process requirements.
  • Generally supports the integration of new non-standard work requests
  • Perform assigned deliverable schedules to ensure project deliverables are accomplished within prescribed timelines
  • Effectively manages simultaneous assignments
  • Good understanding of batch record, shipping studies, and work instruction execution.
  • Work effectively with other project and quality team members.
  • Perform effectiveness check of executed project
  • Use results of effectiveness check to improve future and existing project outcomes
  • Track time to develop documented protocols
  • Support activities related to review and approvals of product dispositions and other inventory transactions from quarantine.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Science or some training in fields such as Quality, Business Administration, cGMP, computer sciences or similar vocations preferred, and a minimum of one (1) to three (3) year's experience in related field, preferably in quality, administrative, or operations.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills that allow for multi-tasking and balancing a time-sensitive workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships interdepartmentally, with external customers and fellow associates
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer problems while focusing on ways to reduce errors
  • Ability to deal calmly and effectively with situations while maintaining and promoting a positive image
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to proficiently use a windows-based system and to accurately input data; preferably with intermediate Word, Excel and / or Teams skills
