WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will manage and coordinate the global roll-out of Oracle CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) and other pricing tools across multiple Gates regions and countries. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely project delivery in accordance with the defined scope while advancing through our digitalization roadmap. Your expertise in project definition and implementation will be essential, driving successful outcomes that will have a substantial impact on our global pricing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of multiple Oracle CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) projects globally.
  • Establish and articulate both global and regional strategies for Oracle CPQ and pricing tools/systems
  • Develop a standardized project/program management process applicable across different types of projects and multiple regions.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and manage risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines for new initiatives, ensuring projects progress smoothly and meet performance targets.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the Gates Oracle CPQ business environment and industry best `practices
  • Communicate KPIs, project statuses, issues, and goals, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Drive standardization of pricing methodologies, processes and procedures across multiple regions and tools.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Functions as an individual contributor with potential for supervisory responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum: BS/BA with 5 years of project management experience
  • Preferred: BS/BA with 8 years of project management experience
  • Project Management of a software/system implementation experience required, CPQ preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of business concepts, pricing concepts and financial metrics with the ability to manage complex, highly detailed projects.
  • Organized, ability to juggle multiple priorities and flexible to accommodate changing business needs.
  • Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront.
  • Strong aptitude for improving processes, managing projects, and collaborating with multiple teams within a global organization to solve a problem.
  • Capable of building relationships, can communicate effectively and contribute to a highly cross functional team environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and PC skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

PAY & BENEFITS

  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Relocation assistance will be provided through a sign-on bonus
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
