GME Special Projects Analyst Temporary Employment Program Temporary Employment 81242BR Job Summary The duration of this temporary role is approximately 12 months Department Description UCSF's Temporary Employment Program (TEP) recruits and hires temporary employees for immediate clerical and technical support services to UCSF Departments and various off-campus locations. UCSF departments deploy temporary employees to work on special projects, fill in for regular employees who are on vacation or leave, or to temporarily fill a vacant position during recruitment. Frequently temporary employees become successful candidates for career and limited appointment positions. Required Qualifications Advanced knowledge of common organizational- or research-specific and other computer application programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and influence, both verbally and in writing. Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality. Advanced project management skills. Thorough knowledge of organizational or initiative processes, protocols and procedures. Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Advanced knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques. Advanced analytical / problem-solving skills.
