We're hiring for an Associate General Counselwho will be supporting terminal operations, supply and trading and other core department teams. This position will cover a broad range of commercial and corporate contracts related to many aspects of the day to day operations of the various business units within Global.

"Gauges" of Responsibility -

  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for key business units, which must include terminalling and storage agreements, supply agreements, logistics agreements, transportation contracts and leases
  • Provide general legal and business advice and assistance to key business units in connection with day-to-day operations, contract interpretation and enforcement, expansion and development opportunities, real estate, permitting and regulatory compliance
  • Work with senior team members on potential M&A, expansion and investment opportunities, public company filings and process improvement initiatives

Additional Requirements

  • You've earned a law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and are a member of the bar in at least one state.
  • You have at least 2-3 years of in-depth experience in a corporate or transactional law firm and/or in house working directly on matters related to the oil and gas industry
