Job Description

Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager, Supply Chain Systems to join our rapidly growing team. As IT Manager, Supply Chain Systems, you will be responsible for managing and driving development, delivery and support of Supply Chain related business functions using SAP S4/HANA platform. This role requires a love of learning and problem solving, and the ability to guide a team towards implementing architectures and solutions.

As the IT Manager, Supply Chain Systems, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Drive delivery of business functionality in Supply Chain area involving SAP S4/HANA platform
  • Coordinate and manage delivery across IT and business, employee, and vendor teams to deliver the business functionality
  • Lead the delivery functions end to end across Business requirements analysis, Architecture, Design, Development, Delivery and Support
  • Lead and drive integration of SAP Supply Chain modules with Enterprise modules and systems involving Finance, Supplier and Contract systems (Ariba), Inventory and Asset management systems, HR systems, Business Analytics and Security, etc.
  • Manage the Supply Chain processes from a systems and technology perspective caring for Business and Operations KPIs
  • Generating reports and metrics for IT and business reviews, preparing updates for executive leadership
  • Work closely with senior management, analyzing long-term business goals and suggesting ways the organization might achieve these goals with technology
  • Influence, negotiate, build consensus, and align with peer engineering, product, business teams and vendor partners on solutioning and implementation
  • Provide industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team stay ahead of the curve in keeping our technology stack cutting edge
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with 6+years of industry experience
  • Hands-on and proven Industry experience in delivering functions related to Supply Chain and Procure to Pay modules in SAP in Enterprise ecosystem
  • Proven experience in Architecture, Design, development, and delivery of Supply Chain flows involving SAP in Enterprise ecosystem
  • Proven experience in integration of SAP Supply Chain modules with Enterprise modules and systems involving Finance, Supplier and Contract systems (Ariba), Asset management and Project systems, HR systems, Business Analytics and Security
  • Experience in working with at least one of the Analytics platforms - BigQuery/Looker, SAC.
  • Experience in working with at least one of the Cloud technologies - GCP, Azure
  • Proven experience driving delivery in a multi-vendor, multi organizational environment across IT and Business, multiple time zones
  • Proven experience delivering solutions in Enterprise Cloud environment, highly scalable and high -performance environment
  • Good communication skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment
