In this role, you will implement strategic change initiatives in collaboration with corporate Medical Management, Performance Improvement, and Regulatory Compliance departments. You will be responsible for accreditation, licensure compliance, and quality assurance programs. Acting as a trusted advisor to the site Executive Team and Medical Staff Leadership, you'll guide risk management, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement strategies. Additionally, you'll oversee the occurrence reporting system and lead root cause analyses, ensuring timely action plan development and execution.
