Description

Birchwood Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.

Birchwood Health Care Center is home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.

Schedule: Full-time PMs
Pay: $21-26

Sign on Bonus: $500 for PT, $1,000 for FT

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:



  • CNA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
