Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for Community Life Assistant/Activity Assistant-Part Time to join our growing team.

Eagle Point Senior Living opened in 2018 and overlooks the beautiful Fox River, near downtown in the heart of Appleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Eagle Point provides stable management and a welcoming staff!

Shifts Available: Hours will be 5:30-7:30 3 to 4 days a week, and Saturday 1-4:30 / Sunday 9-4 or 5:30-7:30 3 days a week, and Saturday/Sunday 10-4

Wages: $15.45-$18.80

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:




  • Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
