As part of the Enablement organization, the Senior Partner Enablement Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of training/enablement plans for key partners in the AMER/APJ regions, as well as the execution programs to engage and develop partner awareness, knowledge, and competence in the Ping platform. This role will be orchestrating activity across multiple teams across our partner lifecycle in order to implement effective programs which develop awareness, and specifically business and technical knowledge of our solutions across the partner ecosystem. The Team As a Senior Partner Enablement Manager at Ping Identity, you will play a key role in being a member of a world-class centralized Enablement team, supporting our vast Partner network . The Enablement team fosters the cultural synergy between our Partners, sales engineering, selling pods and product engineering to be at the forefront of the latest and greatest at Ping. This role will report into the Sr Director, Tech Enablement. Responsibilities

Base Hiring Range: $146,000-$166,000 In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
