Summary:
The Compliance Associate is a motivated self-starter looking for an opportunity to make an impact on a results driven team with opportunities for career growth and development. Will assist the Compliance Department in some of its core functions, which includes auditing and monitoring, training, drafting guidelines and compliance communications, vendor management, and vendor credentialing.

No staff supervisory responsibilities.
Interaction:
The Compliance Associate will work closely with the Legal, Commercial, Medical, and Operations teams, as well as vendors and consultants.

Ability to safely navigate and work in office environment consistent with Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry. Moderate noise level, work in cubicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, move between spaces, reach with hands and arms, and stoop. Close vision and the need to focus on computer screen, use of hands, fingers, and wrist to type on keyboard and manipulate mouse.
Ability to safely navigate travel within the Continental U.S., navigate through airports, and utilize car rentals, taxis, and other grand transportation. Travel predominantly via airplane, occasionally via car rental and taxi, and rarely via personal car and train.
