Overview

Designs and implements personalized tness plans to improve the physical health and wellbeing of employees who are members of the Wellness Center.

Schedule: PT, Benefits Eligible, Four 6.5 hour days, 2 days morning to afternoon, 2 days afternoon to evening

Location: Faculty Office Building (700 Childrens Dr.)

Responsibilities

    Designs and implements personalized tness plans for employees.
  • Conducts tness assessments to evaluate employee tness levels.
  • Provides guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their tness goals.
  • Develops and leads group tness classes for employees.
  • Monitors employee progress and adjusts tness plans as needed.
  • Educates employees on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.


Note: Regular, reliable, and consistent attendance is an essential job function. Employees are expected to perform work as scheduled. Please see the physical requirements for this position listed below.



Qualifications

Education Requirement:

  • High School Diploma

Certificates

  • NCCA Accredited Certification for Personal Training such as: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or ISSA, required.
  • CPR Certification, required.
  • Group Fitness Certification, preferred.

Experience

  • 3 years' experience with personal training, required.
