Sugar Loaf, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Dietary Aide/Server to join our growing team.

Sugar Loaf Senior Living is conveniently located on Mankato Avenue in Winona, MN. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 2012 in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Per diem positions available, must be able to work weekends
Wage: $15.50-$20.50/HR

Our Culinary Assistants/Servers becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being. Duties include:



  • Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
  • Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
  • Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
  • Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
  • Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills.
