Under direction of the Continuous Improvement Manager, and in partnership with bakery people managers, this role leads the training & associate development experience throughout the bakery location. Aspire Bakeries programs include New Hire Orientation, People & Food Safety Training, Job Upskilling and Cross-Training, and Career Development Experiences. This Supervisor is a part of a network of bakery Training Supervisors across the organization. This network utilizes enterprise learning & development solutions and builds the bakery-specific training plans and tools needed to bring a culture of continuous talent development to life. The Supervisor keeps a keen eye on the experience and impact of training in the bakery, and works with the broader L&D team and the bakery leadership team, to identify solutions to challenges. Marks of success in this role, include a bakery environment where people are up-to-date on everyday skills, stretching their capabilities with additional skills, and realize their potential to succeed in their job and build a career at the bakery.
