Overview Behavioral Health Clinicians act as clinical consultants to provide behavioral health expertise that supports child welfare service teams and administration in case planning, evaluating and understanding behavioral health needs, using community services to avoid or enhance success of children (birth to young adult) in placement and improve child well-being.
