Starting base salary = $87,000- $109,000- $131,000 (commensurate with related experience). The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Manager, Finance & Compliance is responsible for the financial operations of HRET. Please visit www.hret.org to learn more about us. The position collaborates with team members from the Center for Health Innovation grants and government contracts to ensure that financial operations are compliant with all legal and regulatory standards. The position also manages staff to ensure contracting, billing and financial reporting are accurate and timely. With core financial operations (e.g. posting journal entries) handled by the AHA Finance team, this position interfaces with AHA Finance team members regularly and extensively. The position may also coordinate with other business units across the association, and provides daily operations oversight to the finance team including monitoring of contract awards, ensuring contract compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and billing, as well as providing project team oversight with support of financial reviews, tracking, and coding project-related expenses for team members, subcontractors, consultants, etc. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:

Bachelors (required)
Experience
5 years: Financial Analyst experience and experience working on or with federal and private grants. (required)
