Job Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
  • Streamline processes across departments to maximize efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration between programs and improve communication.
  • Stay updated on project management tools and strategies to enhance agency performance.
  • Coordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery.
  • May assist the AVP of Programs and Operations or other senior leaders with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.
  • Provide training to employees throughout various departments/programs in the agency to improve process knowledge and skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

*Some college coursework completed and four years of experience or bachelor's degree and two years of experience. Degree in Computer Science, Project Management or Business Administration
* Proven experience in process improvement and project management
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate experience in utilizing project management computer software
* Strategic thinker with sound judgment and adaptability
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS)
