Program Development Manager (Full Time)

Community Care Alliance is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, highly collaborative program development manager for its acute services division. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Grant writing.
  • Budgeting and revenue-tracking in collaboration with the CFO and division leadership.
  • Contract and regulatory compliance.
  • Quality assurance and improvement relative to documentation, training, and accreditation requirements.
  • Meeting minutes and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Developing and analyzing program outcome reports in collaboration with the VP and other division managers.

The program development manager reports directly to the division's vice president and will themselves supervise one direct report (CCBHC Behavioral Health Liaison). They are an integral member of the division's leadership team and will collaborate closely with program managers to articulate and execute our mission, vision, and values. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to engage with internal and external partners, leaders, and stakeholders regarding program design and systems improvement with a keen eye for data gathering, input, and analysis. The program development manager must be organized, efficient, and responsive in executing key deliverables, and will be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects. Experience with graphic design, and/or familiarity with creating visual workflows, a plus.

Requirements:



  • BA in human services, social work, or healthcare administration required; masters (or working toward) highly preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in behavioral health required.
  • Minimum one year experience in an administrative, clerical, or data-focused position highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of CCBHC a plus.
