Responsibilities/Duties:
- Documentation Management. Edit, revise, and ensure consistency across multi-page documents (50-100+ pages), managing all aspects of the editorial process independently.
- Project Support. Assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of project logistics, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and manipulate large datasets (thousands of data points), producing insights and supporting decision-making.
- Logistics Coordination. Coordinate with field offices and headquarters divisions to track project logistics and ensure alignment with the project execution timeline.
- Record Keeping. Maintain official records on project logistics, ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
- SharePoint Support: Support the development, maintenance, and organization of SharePoint sites, ensuring effective data sharing and collaboration.
- Task and Meeting Support. Assist with scheduling and organizing internal meetings, trainings, and staffing logistics, ensuring all tasks are documented and completed on time.
- Process Documentation. Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other process-related documentation to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis, administrative, or project support role.
- Education. Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/certifications (e.g. - CBAP, PMP, CSM, LSS).
- Technical Skills.
- Experience with business process improvement activities, including streamlining processes, developing SOPs, and improving access to information.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including analyzing/manipulating large datasets and creating pivot tables.
- Experience with SharePoint development and maintenance, supporting document management and collaboration.
