We are looking for ambitious achievers to join our 2025 Kickstart Internship Program!

Your work will support project teams providing solutions for water resources, water quality, wastewater and water treatment, and recycled water planning and implementation issues that our water environment, transportation, and industrial sector clients are facing. You will have opportunities to get involved in significant projects throughout the United States. These projects may involve field work, technical report preparation and calculations, pre-construction conditions documentation, design plans and specifications.

A Day in the Life of a CAD Intern:



  • Assisting engineering and multidiscipline project teams in preparing and managing drawing using CAD and/or BIM Software
  • Working on a variety of projects which allow you to apply skills and calculations that you have learned in school
  • Managing ongoing projects and communicating with other team members and clients
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings
  • Visiting project sites
  • Receiving mentorship and advising
  • Networking with employees and clients



Qualifications:



  • Pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree with a focus in CAD
  • Must have a Valid U.S Driver's License
  • Completion of one year of qualified study
  • AutoCAD and/or MicroStation experience preferred
  • Ability to interact, collaborate and communicate with project teams in a positive and proactive manner


Pay rate for this position is anticipated to be $20 to $25 per hour, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, skills, licensure/certifications, seniority, geographic location, and performance.
