Location Site: West Valley Hospital Department: WVH Inpatient Therapy Position Type: Unscheduled Start Time: Various hours based on business needs Your Role With Us: You will play an essential role in patient care and interaction as Physical Therapist on the Salem Health team. (Patient Experience Award) One-on-one dedicated time with patients Robust continuing education program for full and Part-Time Staff Background/Expertise: BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required. Clinical experience in the practice setting is strongly preferred. Hold a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible. License must be verified prior to start date. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required. Be a team player and have proven success applying team approach to obtain resolution to an issue. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills for working with the rehabilitation team and patients. Demonstrated competency by implementing culturally sensitive and functional treatment plans with appropriate documentation. Bilingual a plus Why Salem Health?
