Overview The Room Service Call Center Rep obtains orders from patients and families via telephone in an efficient and timely manner; making sure accuracy and diet compliances are followed, conducts report processing as directed. Obtains meal orders from patients and families via the telephone and faxed requests.
Qualifications Education Requirement: High School Graduate or equivalent Skills:
Experience: 3 months food service experience Minimum Physical Requirements: OCCASIONALLY: 1-33% OF TIME (0.5 TO 2.5 HOURS)Bend/twistSquat/kneelClimb stairs or laddersStandingWalkingLifting/carrying up to 20 lbs.
