Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and organized Project Management Support Specialist to support the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager of the Technical, Administrative, Programmatic Support (TAPS) contract. TAPS is a $63 million, 5-year contract providing long- and short-term assistance to USAID's Bureau for Resilience, Environment, and Food Security (REFS). The project consists of two components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management, administrative support, and a keen understanding of project management systems and processes. This role will be fully remote. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$85,000.00. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
