Located in Galesburg plant, you will be Quality Technician The Quality Technician will be responsible for process set-up verification and provides specialized technical support to engineers and production for final product characteristics. Test processed materials against quality specification, assists in trouble shooting production issues. Provides alerts to key personnel on negative trending. They will be required on short notice to fill in for absences, vacation, etc. on other shifts. This responsibility includes the comparison of product to specifications and meeting the needs of the customer. This position has responsibility for quality goals; cost of poor quality, PPM, and internal scrap. This position functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities. Shift Details: 12-hour schedule, 7p to 7a, with alternating days off. 3 days one week - 4 days the following week. Key responsibilities:
