The Division of Enrollment Management is a key campus thought partner that provides collaborative leadership in university-wide efforts, utilizing systematic, innovative, and synergistic approaches to leverage a data-informed enrollment strategy to improve market distinctiveness, and execute the campus strategic plan. The division comprises the offices of Enrollment Management, Financial Aid & Scholarships, University Registrar, and Undergraduate Admissions. Your Role on the Team Reporting to the Assistant Director, Federal & State Programs, the incumbent works independently under general supervision, applies a broad understanding of student aid program practices and policies to determine appropriate allocation of aid awards, authorize exceptions, and provide individual counseling on non-routine, sensitive aid issues. Applies organization policies and procedures to resolve a variety of moderately complicated issues. Specializes in state financial aid programs, ensuring all disbursements, refunds, and reconciliations are compliant with state and university policies and procedures. Works on financial services problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors from multiple sources. The incumbent utilizes problem-solving skills knowledge, experience, and understanding of accounting and financial aid best practices to clearly identify the best methods to accomplish specific tasks. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
