KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for daily and monthly sales & gross profit reporting, develop and support recurring ad-hoc reporting requests, and support new and existing reporting requests with Microsoft Power BI reporting system at various levels.

* Prepare detailed sales, gross margin and ad-hoc analyses including identifying causes of variances as well as sales and margin trends across multiple product and customer segments.

* Partner with multiple departments to set-up processes to track progress of key strategic plan initiatives.

* Support all aspects of sales budgeting and ongoing plan maintenance.

* Provide support as needed on various projects and initiatives.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Experience in Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis in a medium to large size company.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.

  • Strong Excel skills as well as the ability to work with multiple systems (financial reporting, general ledger, data warehouse) is required.

  • Experience with Hyperion a plus.

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Access.

  • BS in Accounting or Finance required.

  • CMA/CPA/MBA preferred.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $57,550-$95,445, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
