Summary

DSV has embarked on an ambitious growth journey where we successfully have rolled out SAP SuccessFactors on a global scale targeting over 75,000 employees with 12 payroll integrations so far. Currently our modules contain Employee Central, Time off, Onboarding, Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing, Performance Management and Succession.

Our journey doesn't stop here. We are continuously evolving and enhancing the scene for DSV's global Human Resources tools to meet the ever-changing needs of our workforce. Building upon the foundation of SAP SuccessFactors, we are now focused on introducing new and ambitious projects, such as total workforce management, to further enhance our HR technology landscape.

The Project Specialist within the Global HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team plays a vital role in ensuring coordination and alignment across the Global HRIS teams. This role is key to driving the seamless execution of internal projects by managing deliverables, supporting team activities, and facilitating effective communication across the various HRIS functions.

Duties & Responsibilities



  • Coordinate team activities, schedules, and deliverables within the Global HRIS organization to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support internal HRIS projects by assisting in project planning, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking.
  • Act as the liaison between Global HRIS organization and other internal departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of activities.
  • Manage meeting coordination across multiple teams, including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to HRIS leadership, including reporting, data analysis, and task follow-up.


Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, project management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a global HR or HRIS environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and workflows (experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $22.75 - $30.75 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
