Overview:

The Pricing Assistant is responsible for supporting the OMNI Pricing Manager to drive pricing priorities and execute Digital Pricing Strategies to drive digital demand. The position requires strong business acumen and an understanding of Site merchandising. This role requires the ability to support the development of site strategies and execution plans. The Pricing Assistant requires flexibility to pivot and support various businesses within the FOB.

Essential Functions:



  • Support the Divisional digital pricing strategy and execution using both the PAM tool and Stella.
  • Execute permanent markdowns for both Store and COM using the Combo ZMT.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through ongoing identification & resolution of Digital Pricing challenges & opportunities.
  • Aptitude to function within deadlines, while working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent preferred).
  • Practice open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
  • Knowledge of MS Office is required
