Responsible for the direct and indirect patient care duties assigned to them following policies and procedures of the institution. The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech will assist with patient care including but not limited to the following:Scrubbing, circulating, and documenting diagnostic and interventional heart caths , diagnostic and interventionalperipheral, PFO, ASD, TAVR and EKOS, Impella, TEE, Cardioversion, IVC filter, periocardiocentesis, IABP,CardioMEMS, Temporary pacemakers, Valvuluoplasty procedures.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Graduate of accredited School of Radiology

• Current License as RT in the State of Texas

• American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification

• Advance Cardiac Life Support Certification

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Previous cath lab and patient care experience
• Patient care.
