Overview This position is to lead a group of Analysts and Developers that configure, test and support the various enterprise applications that QSC conducts its business on; in particular, Oracle Applications (both EBS and Fusion, as well as EPM), Aria Systems Subscription Services, e2open supply chain applications, and our two license provisioning platforms - 10 Duke and Thales. This will include direct communication with users on requirements, new needs and wants, and ensuring continuity between the analysts, the developers and the testers. Base Salary Range 181,000 - 255,000 We will be accepting applications until a final candidate is identified. Responsibilities Provide direction and technical expertise to the business user community with the tilt to understanding business processes and the representation of those processes in the configuration of the various enterprise applications. Ensure the competency and follow through of the analytical staff to perform implementation, enhancement and support services using both the AIM methodology and Agile Scrum for customization. Investigate new trends in all applications for enhancements in their functionality footprints, interoperability and suggest items that would be beneficial to the functions of the QSC business community, up to and including AI capabilities, cloud migrations, complimentary functions in the enterprise. Support and evolve the integration platform to ensure compliance with all applications, and seamless communications between systems and our Data Lake environment Qualifications Education: Computer Science or Engineering degree, post graduate preferred. Certification of competency in EBS, Fusion, Middleware and/or other enterprise level applications and toolsets. Experience: 10+ years of leading an analytical/development team, preferably in a global context, providing clarity and direction with a keen sense of responsibility to the customer experience. Must be verse in AIM for Oracle, and PMP for general project management functions and governance. Needs to have led a team for a minimum of 5-7 years providing direction, analytical acumen and have familiarity, if not direct knowledge, of Agile Scrum methodology and process.
