Job Summary
Supports the bartender by restocking the bar, preparing drinks under the supervision of the bartender, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greets guests and welcomes them to the bar
- Cleans drinkware and other serving equipment
- Helps the bartender, including preparing drink garnishes
- Replenishes liquor inventory
- Ensures the cleanliness of the bar
- Remove trash from the bar
- Stocks refrigeration units
