Responsible for making and serving beverages like coffee, specialty drinks, and tea. Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make coffee and other drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and hot chocolate.
- Welcome customers to the store, provide menus, and take orders quickly and accurately.
- Pay attention to details so drinks are prepared according to the customer’s preferences.
- Serve prepared food like muffins, pastries, croissants, and cookies.
- Receive and process both cash and credit/debit payments.
- Maintain a clean workspace by wiping down surfaces and sanitizing utensils and equipment.
- Answer customer questions about menu items, provide suggestions, and resolve complaints.
