Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required WSET or equivalent certifications preferred Professional Experience 5+ years of commercial experience and training facilitation. Luxury consumer goods industry experience preferred. Experience in wines and spirits or hospitality a plus Practical/Technical Knowledge Commercial sales and 3-tier system understanding Understanding of adult learning and development foundational principles Mastery of presentation skills (crafting and delivering presentations) with aptitude for storytelling for sales Understanding of luxury principles with a strong luxury lens Finance and budget management skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work that drives results Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills Other Attributes Passionate about helping others succeed through skill building, coaching, and feedback Action oriented, self-starter Ability to lead through influence Good Judgement / Reputable Social Media Presence | |
